Our Purpose

The Purpose of World Changers Leadership Academy is to work as a community to cultivate leaders who will go on to make positive change in the World.

Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students. From our challenging academic programs to our enriching extracurricular activities, we offer a hands on engaging curriculum that will not only keep their attention but allow them to retain what they are learning while having fun. When choosing our curriculum we focus on the needs and desires of our students and parents.

Our Parents/Teachers

At WCLA we do not have paid teachers on staff because or parents are the teachers. This is a homeschool Co-Op where the children are still being schooled in a home environment. We ask our parents when they join, this is an all hands on deck experience. Each parent jumps in and finds their place to help the success of all of our students experience. We work together as a team to make sure our students are getting the best out of their homeschool experience. We also support one another on our individual homeschool experience.

The Co-Op Day

We have Co-Op once a week on Mondays. We start the day at 9:30am and finish at 2pm. We are located on the North East side of town in Columbia SC in a church. We are an inclusive group, although we are housed in a church we do not practice any type of faith within the Co-Op.

Admissions

We welcome students of all backgrounds and abilities to apply to World Changers Leadership Academy School. Registration will reopen for the spring semester around November and run until we are full.

A cooperative (also known as co-operative, co-op, or coop) is "an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically-controlled enterprise"

WCLA Co-Op

At WCLA we work together to teach each one of our students about this world we live in. All of our parents paly a very important role in increasing our children's homeschool experience. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

We have a very talented group of parents invested in the growth and betterment of their children. We have the love, the passion, and drive to see each and everyone of our children become future leaders in this world we live in. We offer our students a fun, engaging environment where they can be themselves and focus on what's most important, expanding their knowledge so they can go on to be world leaders and change makers.
